Widebandcommander
The Wideband commander is an A/F system that uses a 5 wire O2 sensor with datalogging to coincide with RPM and TPS positions. It can be used with other systems as well as the stock system. This way you can have a glance at the gauge when your at certain RPMs/Load conditions or go back and watch the ratio on your computer to view the run. A tad on the pricey side, but it could very well be useful for fine tuning PCIII's/TEchlusions at the track or after a good canyon run.
