Let the kids coast downhill without any brakes and then either watch them sweat their arse off pushing it back up hill or just go collect on your insurance and sue the manufacturer.

Ya know, I think they've actually got something here. Look at the pic and think about - the child has the opportunity to learn to balance on a two wheeled bike without the added task of learning to pedal. i.e. - it's broken down for them. Balance and confidence first. Then later, get something with pedals.

Put a little translucent blue flyscreen and tank plastic on it and...

I grew up in hilly farm country where there wasn't a flat spot of ground anywhere. A little bike like that would have helped me learn to ride a two-wheeler much more quickly than I did.

i've envisioned a full size version of that, with good brakes and footpegs, for racing down paved hills, speed and momentum over pedaling! there are some great hills around here for such a race??
