for what it's worth, I emailed "Force" asking when the new streetfighter kit for the XBs would be ready..
they wrote back the following...

"The nine kit will be out in two or so weeks.... 9-10 ponies to the rear wheel...and the most intense noise ever!!! The 12 give me three weeks.... price.. filter, header and pipe.. efi module.. 1399.95$

misato, had good luck talking to georgia, email her direct at g.hapsburg@useforce.com. She's on vacation (friday) for the next two weeks coloring some vegas floors or something.....said the kits are available NOW for the xb9's...less instructions...so you're on your own dialing in the 'jetting' through the techlusion box...

btw...are you xb9s.com? if so, cool site and good info....thanks,

I have the pipe, but no TFI/aircleaner. I'm going to pick up a techlusion for now and run with it until they figure out when "early summer - June" is....

Johnk3 i've heard the pipe is larger diameter and longer...can you verify? also, how do you like it; performance, fit, finish?

I can't compare it to the previous version as I didn't own it. finish is nice though, not on the bike yet so I can't say how performance is yet

A little more info...according to Georgia, there will be no Streetfighter kit and only a Race kit. At present, they plan to only sell pipes as kits with the techlusion FI1045 with Force specific programing and filter. She confirmed the larger diameter header and added length, but could not give specifics. So if anyone knows the stepped dias, that would be cool. First dyno runs are supposed to be posted on the www.useforce.com site in a week...checking daily and will update when they show up...

ciao,

It is worth the wait, we tested it in Miami and I truely believe it is a very good design.

Mike Arrington who works at Revolution Performance and is also on our team has been using different conigurations of the TiForce, but I will be honest, I do not know where he is at as far numbers. He had been testing a lot of different configurations of motor combo's and I do not know if we have true comparison data.

Mike uses our dyno and I may be able to look up some #s, but, Our race bikes are pretty far from stock as far as motor's go, so I do not know that any numbers we would have would compare to a street application regardless.

I am endorsing Force's new pipe as I have confidence it will NOT break like the original XB pipes did. We beat the crap out of them to find out if they will break for John, that is our job. The motor created a stress on the "original version" pipe through motor expansion and the new version is now sprung in 3 locations to releave the stress put on it in riding conditions.

It also produces very good power throughout, tuning will be the biggest thing for the street fellows that do not have our race tuners software. John feels he has that covered with the Techlusion, and he has sent me one to test, but I have not had any street legal bikes to try it on yet...

Bring it up, you are about 4 hrs from here, depending on Chicago?? I need to give John my feedback on it directly for streetbikes anyways, we would just have to get a pipe you can keep?
