Thank you for posting those. The power it makes is good I wish it was a little better, but Scott at Cycle-Rama said he did his best. Bet you can't guess what they said was the weak point in the system.

Gator, what else has been done to your bike besides the Force treatment (pipe, header, PCIII, and HIPO O2)?

Force Exhaust,PCIII,NRHS 1050 kit, NRHS stage 3 heads, bored out throttle body, Hillbilly Motors F.A.S.T. system. It's way faster than it used to be.

well mine is at 78hp with K-N, force, PCIII, drilled 12 box.

Misato wins.

They said I could increase my driveability with a different exhaust. Another thing that worries me is that Scott told me that there were a couple of places in the fuel map that the PC3 was maxed out and the bike was still running a little lean.

He suggested that I get the Buell race ECM that is completely programmable and that I try a different exhaust.

I'm sure that they are but I think the Force exhaust or possibly the combination of all the components the stock injectors just aren't good enough.

It would be interesting to see the A/F chart so we can see where the motor is leaning out. If its below 3500 then the PCIII won't be able to affect anything. If its above 3500 well that is the area outside the box that the PCIII can effect.
