So I had a mechanic drop the motor ready to split the case. Turns out the problem was in the primary. Before the work, The bike ran better than it has ever before. Motor was dropped but only the primary cover was removed. When the motor was replaced and i picked up the bike, now it runs really bad. The motor hiccups and spits out the intake. Tried the carb cleaner spray around the intake seals, no change in RPM's. Popular consensus is a fueling issue, but i don't know what to do or where to start looking.

SOMEONE HELP.

Anyone in Tucson Az that can help out.

What year is the bike? Any mods or tuning? If it's an 03-07, it could be as simple as a TPS reset.

Is it possible the injector wires are swapped with each other?

Spraying on a closed intake valve would surely make it run like garbage.

That's a good thing to Check out. They should be labeled. You should be able to access them by pulling the lower airbox plate.

IAC ports might need cleaning. Also make sure the Tps wires are not routed away from coil

I believe Skadoosh means he fixed the issue by swapping the injector plugs.
