OK, So I have (2) original Buell Race ECMs, one in the bike ('03 XB9R), another in the box. I think I have discerned from the archives that ECMSpy provides better results even with the Buell Race Pipe. Can I use ECMSpy on the Buell Race ECMs, or should I get another ECM? What kind of real power increase do you think I would see? I have the XB12 airbox top, K&N, and am doing the breather/American Sport Bike catch can. Thanks in advance, any help is appreciated.

The official race ecm for the 03 was just a programmed stock ecm, so there is no difference. Tun it up and just ride and keep the second as a spare.

Power gain is not something to be concerned with, getting better ride-ability is something that can be gained though.
