Just browsin' eBay and saw this item:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=2493114851&ca tegory=35577

Anyone have any experience with this item. Looks to be Aluminum. Not sure I'd want that in my chaincase? Opinions, info, etc...
TIA

I got one on my 2002 M2 and I installed one on my Dad's 2001 Sporty. The biggest difference I noticed is that I don't get fatigued in the spring when I haven't been riding for a few months. I had to file it down to get the cable to fit in correctly, but have had no problems since I installed it last year.

It is not useable with the XB series engines.

We have a couple of similar alternatives that will fit the XB engines. First there is the Muller Power Clutch, which is a complete replacement ramp assembly that has altered ramp angles for the ball bearings. This reduces clutch effort by around 40% and takes minutes to fit.

The second is the Free Spirits Soft Clutch, which is very similar to the easy clutch above in that it is a bolt on arm extension for the clutch mechanism giving a longer lever action.

There is also a new part available that offers just the rear ramp part in three different options for light, extra light and extra extra light pull! Haven't seen or tried one of these yet but can certainly vouch for the other two.

Bought one of the easy pulls... Cable is forced to the side of the steel clutch cable housing where it threads into the primary cover causing premature cable wear and also wears a groove in the primary cover causing metal in the primary/trany oil.. Demanded my money back..

I will have to open my bike up and take a look for that.
