English pages are not done yet. You have to go to the german side.

Go here first.
Then copy and paste the url for hillbilly in the translate web page box.
Change to german to english.
Click translate button.
Enjoy!

And then, after going through all that trouble, discover that little bugger is roughly gonna cost you 7000 bucks for a "only" 120 hp ... and you can't even keep your own pipe. Just look at that ugly thing they've mounted under that xb ...

I'm pretty sure for 7000 bucks Nallin or Cycle-rama can do a better job of tuning my bike.

yes 7000 is steep. I thought it was a cool idea. Besides the price and only a 50 hp increase.

And I just checked again, it's gonna be quite a lot more than 7000 dollars.

I believe turbo's on motorbikes do have a little problem and that's that the increase in power they give kicks in all of a sudden at a certain rpm and can result in very dangerous situations. Im sure I get corrected if that's nonsense. Just read it somewhere.

Yeah I don't know if the power output would be too sudden after letting the turbo "spool up". I'd guess on an XB you'd really feel it after 3 or 4 K, but before that, just a whistle.

Hmmm, my brother has a turbo 13B in his RX4. That thing rocks with the stock turbo and aftermarket EFI. Can't say the turbo delivery kicks in all of a sudden. Turbo lag doesn't seem to be an issue with the blow off valve he's runnin'. I guess it all depends on running a turbo that isn't too big.

For example, a mate of his has the same motor running a T06. Now THAT has some kick when the turbo comes on.

Once again, it all comes down to set-up. A sensible turbo would yield a REALLY fat torque curve while the overall HP figure might not look too inspiring. Sure you could get lots more power out of a bigger turbo, but the boost would come on real hard...

BTW, there is a company in Western Australia that is doing kits for GSX1400's that results in 270RWHP. That's right, I'm talking that retro thing with dual shock rear end... Tell me that wouldn't be scary.
