Hello all, i bought my first buell! i love this bike, but recently the speedometer wont move. the rpm side works and both needles sweep upon startup. i pulled the speed sensor node out and it had a silvery oil on it, i cleaned it put it back and nothing changed. also what fluid goes on the hole under the airbox hump? it has two bolts and a hose attached that leads to the rear left side of the swingarm.

I don't think any fluid goes in there...

Only place fluid goes is in the primary via the clutch cover, in the swingarm via the fill hole directly on the top of the swingarm and in the fuel tank. Well... Brake fluid too but...

That's fuel overflow. If you fill the tank then park the bike and go inside the store for a minute you'll probably come back to see fuel coming out of the hose. Don't hang your helmet on the left hook unless you like the smell of gas.
