I've been looking for a Uly XT for quite a while and finally found one with low miles near my house. It's a black 2008 (I wanted a 2009 blue or red) under 15,000 miles. I noticed in the pic that the rear wheel is a gold "X" model wheel not matching the black "XT" wheel up front. The owner, who seems a bit sketchy, knows nothing about this. I know some people upgrade to the 2010 3 bearing rear wheel, but if that investment was made I figured someone would know about it. Is there anything else I should be aware of?? The bike like has had several owners by now, and could easily be owned by someone that bought it cheap and is trying to flip it. While it is likely a 2010 wheel, it could have been swapped by someone wanting a different look with different color wheels. You need to look at the seals on the rear wheel to confirm which it is, the black axle works on both types of wheel. See if you can closely inspect the ECM. Since you know about the rear wheel, you likely know the seats can press down onto the ECM and damage the connectors. (easy to fix, $300 for new ECM) | ||

This Bike has luggage, I'm headed up there tomorrow so hopefully things work out. I'll keep you posted. I've been reading this forum for about a year while looking for a Uly and it's been really helpful, there is a great community here. | ||
