have rplaced the plugs nkg ,replaced the intake seals stillmissing

Light load means barely open throttle.
A TPS reset will probably fix it.
Be sure to get it up to operating temp and verify there isn't crap in the throttle body from the breathers.

Have you looked at ecm with Spy yet to see what it tells you?

I have the same problem right bow and have done the same parts I think we need to try a tps reset but I also have a code saying air tempature high /loose ground but I'm not real sure what that means mine is on a xb12r though

It means inspect your wiring for loose grounds. Such as loose screws where ground wires are attached to the frame.
