Any help with cross-referencing which of these bolts replace which current fasteners? I'd like to order some of these - but I want to make sure I'm ordering what I need.

For example - would be nice to replace the airbox cover screws with black replacements. Those would be the collar screws, correct?

Thes are mainly used for replacing the plastic body work parts like front fender, airbox cover.

So could I get the exact part numbers (for ordering from your site) for the screws for the front airbox, front fender, and for the chin cowl...in black?

then I can confidently place an order...

Jay

An equally important question is do you have the matching nylon washers for the shoulder bolts? I believe HD charges something like $2 US each for them (!).

home depot sells washers just like those but you have to bring one in as an example.
Like 5 for a dollar.

The last time I checked, I could find washers with the right outside diameter but the inside diameter was too small for the shoulder bolts. I had to go through an elaborate process to fix them:
- get 2 pieces of scrap wood, clamp together
- drill hole same size as washer ID through both boards
- unclamp boards, put washer in between, center washer in hole using drill bit, clamp boards back together
- drill hole of correct larger size through boards and washer
- repeat, making a new hole each time

This process is OK if you just need a washer or 2 like I did, but a PITA for multiple washers. I'll have to look at Home Depot and Lowes again next time I need one.

Need to make a metal punch to cut the centers, would be much easier to get them cut.

I am due for a new pack of washers. If I am successful in finding them again, I will post the SKU or whatever to facilitate purchasification.

Thanks, Nate.

I'm in contact with easyrider about a quote for a bunch of fasteners. Unfortunately, the kicker is the postage from the EU....

Go buy the proper size punches from Harbor freight or the inter web. Cut a flat section from an old milk container or Clorox bottle or such. With a little practice you'l have an "endless" supply of washers for about $10.00 for the punches.

Washer fluid jugs seem to be in an endless supply around here, good plastic for things too.

Hopefully Twinmotorcycles will send a ton of these to 5-0 or whoever stocks their parts in the US. That way we all dont get jacked with shipping

Might be easier to send the drawings to the USA and have someone machine them here and send them to different retailers.

I did wind up doing an order. We worked out a slightly better shipping quote.

I'll let everyone know how it all turns out. I, too, hope these get bulk-shipped to Sandro, and then it should be much easier and less expensive to sort them for U.S. customers.
