Mitsu has been out for a few months and they don't know when he is coming back as of last month.

I've had my Buell for 10 years and haven't found a shop that will work on a Buell. Bought mine at Glendale and their service department can go themselves. They suck big time. Tried simi valley and they suck to. Have not been to Bartels, I've heard mixed reviews. There is M racing up past Pasadena, the owner had a hopped up Buell, he's not a fan of them anymore. Nice shop and would probably do what you need done.

Brian, get on the 1190 owners facebook page or call Al from American Sport Bike. There is a guy he vouches for that does good work named Jacob Stark. He is down toward San Diego. I know he swapped out my friends Uly starter pretty quickly at a decent price.

Yeah, I'm friends with Jacob. His girlfriend and him just opened up their own shop moto enthusiast, I wasn't sure what the policy is on bad web about recommending shops that weren't sponsors and it's quite a drive from culver city but they do say they do curtesy pick ups and even told me they'd pick up my bike for some tranny work I need done. I have not had any work done by him yet but have heard good things and the next time my firebolt shits the bed I'm sending it to him.

I'm in San Diego and could use a competent mechanic. I don't see any shops local by that name, do you have contact info for Moto Enthusiast?
