There is no error code shown.

Was that 100%, or 100 TPS 8-bit? Washington?? This is with the race ECM or stock ECM?

It is possible that the TPS is going bad. They can develop bad spots.

If the TPS was properly "reset"/calibrated to the race ECM before removal, you shouldn't have to do it again. Though it doesn't fit the symptoms described, the TPS zero procedure is a 10K miles maintenance item on your model, so keep that in mind.

Which Race ECM Buell or EBR?

A TPS reset, should be done, after installing an ECM.

Race ecm, the bike has to pass the inspection to be road legal so we put the stock ecm and exhaust but left the k&n air filtre, the did about 60 miles like that, befo re getting home the bike started to act wierd and stopped. So next day we reinstalled the jardine and the race ecm. Nike starts up more or less ok, revs are not stable, i was wondering if taking it for a ride may make it go back to normal.

Thanks.

Do a TPS reset.
Then ride the bike to operating temperature, then do TPS reset again.

Up on inspecting we found that one of the cable of the tps was broken, so i guess this the answer.

Thanks
