Does anyone know what the fittings are that go into the swing arm? They are odd any help would be great. I know they are not brake or tranny!

Not sure what year swingarm you're dealing with, but from the '06 tech info (and presumed thereafter) they're Jiffy-Tite:

Are there two line or three? Three would be an 03 swingarm. Pretty sure they went to two lines in 04.

As to what connects, I'm not sure but they might be AN type.

3 on bottom so its an 03 and no not AN they are also not brake line or ower steering or transmision. They are a hydraulic fitting but of what kind I dont know. Stopping at a hydraulic shop today. If that dont work I do have a connection to a hydraulic engineer.

The new style swingarm uses 3 of these fittings which are Jiffy-Tite as 1313 stated above. Bottom left is the oil feed, top left is return, top right is the vent line. The fittings in the swingarm were originally aluminum p/n 63579-06. The other seven Jiffy-Tight fittings are steel p/n 26064-08. XB's 2008 and later used the steel fittings in all ten positions. Do not use the aluminum fittings at the oil cooler lines. The small clips in the steel fittings will wear from vibration and break, allowing the oil lines to pop out. On the aluminum fittings the clip eats away the threaded fitting and allows the clip to fall out, followed by the oil line. Inspect these often at the oil cooler location. Many posts on this issue.
