I'm just amazed that it could be hand cranked to start. I've recently worked on a 13.8 ltr engine and I could barely turn it over at a snails pace with a turning tool. From the looks of it I'd say it was pretty loud, too.

Wow! Really cool. And if my rough math is correct, that works out to 427ish cubic inches per cylinder.

Beast certainly seems the correct name for the vehicle.
