What is the best/easiest way to replace the cooling fan? Mine isn't working, so my winter project is to replace it. Do I need to rotate the motor or just take off the rear shock?
Thanks,
Chris

Good time to replace the 02 sensor too, if you have a lot of miles on the bike.

O2 is cheap from the auto stores, just replace it while you have room and access.

I know with tunerpro I can manually run the fan with the program to check it. Try hooking jumper leads to the fan and then to the battery to test it.

Just take off the shock. The hardest part for me was plugging in the wire back in, its to short. Might have something to do with my short stubby fingers lol
