Has anyone put a 1125R front fairing on a Firebolt? If so post up some photos and let me know what you did as far as wiring for the headlights.
Thanks-chris

I didn't put one on a firebolt, but I did put one on my Uly. The firebolt will be more difficult because the fuse blocks and ECM are up there.

You want to use the 1125R fairing stay, but that is complicated by the cluster mounts.

thanks Al. My main concern is if the XB can handle the brighter headlights.

Shouldn't be a problem. The 2 H3 headlight bulbs in your firebolt are 55 watts each, 110 Watt total. The 4 H8 bulbs in the 1125R headlight assy are 35 Watts each, 140 watts total. I haven't had any issues running that load on my Uly, and I run with the high beams on most of the time.

Thanks. I guess I know what I'll be doing this winter.

Mine is not happy starting when I have 140 watts going when I hit the starter, so I put in a time delay relay to let get running before the lights come on.
