I got em on my 9R, bought them right before the Buell Frame Sliders came out. The cost was $160 approx for the brackets and sliders (you buy them seperately) themselves, but they look to have the best mounting. I think I'll also add the Buell protectors (painted to match frame).

They do come in a variety of slider colors, that's a plus

BTW-it looks like they now have a new steering damper for xb's that using the front engine (rubber) mount screw for the main damper body mount.
