I can. You can thank a crew of dedicated engineers who insured your fuel supply was secure and the head section remained intact, absorbing some of the energy.

Glad to hear you are ok.

i'm actually doing a lot better. my back is still sore and my arm is still healing, but i'd say im probably 70% to 80% recovered. i am going to work today for the first time after missing 3 days. i'm looking forward to hearing from the insurance company to see if they declare my bike totaled or not.

No way they won't total that bike (IMHO).

That looks familiar. My sincerest sympathies. I was told that one of my first questions in the hospital was "Is my bike ok?" It cartwheeled down the freeway before smashing into the guardrail next to me. I'm looking forward to getting my new bike, but I'll always miss that one.

Glad to hear you are doing better. You can always get another bike but now that I know you are doing ok. How did you do it?

Again....better the damage is on the bike and not you. Glad to hear you're healing up. Hope to hear that you'll be riding again soon.
