Anyone hear know the original mfg and paint code for Buell Phantom Metallic Powder.

Looking for the code not the touch up paint part number....

There is no code. No Buell has had any paint since 2002, so there are no paint codes. Some powder coaters are able to find close matches for the various stock colors.

You can try sending a PM to Hammer71, he does powder coating and may know a manufacturer that has a close matching color.

Rich (Hammer71) ..hey, perhaps you could take a look around for a "Graphite grey" close match in powder for the the 06-10' XB swingarms, which is a 1/2 shade darker than the frame/tank color! I found that Tiger Drylac makes a super close match with their P7 glimmer.. I've had a couple of swingarms done with it over the years and it is a great frame match, but still a 1/2 shade lighter than the swingarms..

So, in essence I guess I'm asking to you throw out some product numbers from your resources that could be looked at for consideration in a darker graphite metallic.. : ) Before I drop the coin for an exact reproduction, I'd like to exhaust all currently available options!
