Bent the front brake lever on my 2004 XB12R.
Not having much luck looking locally for a used replacement and Douchemeyers stealership in Daytona Beach charges way over retail, and you have to wait like they are doing you a favor.
Anyone used the inexpensive levers on Ebay ?

I have a set off Ebay, not real complaints about them at all. I have a set on my XB and my 1125R. The set on my XB have been on there for a few years now, only problem is one of them wont flip up atm, probly because I ride year around haven't lubed the ball and spring. The ones on my 1125 don't flip up but one is the shorty style and the other is a standard length. Hope this helps.

Thanks Frinzo, that $25.00 short pair on Ebay keeps looking better and better, and in 8 colors too.

I have a set of ebay levers.
I would only use them in an emergency as the quality is not good.
Plus there have been reports that the ebay levers do not have the correct profile where it contacts the master cylinder piston.
The result is the bypass port does not open to let fluid return to the reservoir. This will cause the brakes to drag when the fluid gets hot.

Yea you have to really be careful with the cheap Chinese levers, they may claim they fit the bike when they really don't, and you can crash if they lock up the caliper.

Personally I would only use OEM or high quality aftermarket levers.
