I've found a ton of useful diy's on disassembly, how to change the seals, etc. But I'm having a hard time finding anything on exactly how to set the oil level/height. 118mm, I believe, but is that from the top of the bottom/inner tube? Or the top of the top/outer tube while fully compressed? Help please...
