Looks good. Do you have a source of rods? Carrillo have ones to fit 12s (and maybe other suppliers), but I have not seen any for 9s.

Have you got any running on the road yet?

Yes, rods is not a issue.

Yes we have 4 bikes running now with it. all looks fine 2 of them are daily drivers.

Sounds good. Which 9 rods are you using? How much more or less is a full crank rebuild for a 9 including new rods?

We do revision work so we use the OEM rods but upgrade them if the customer want's.

the OEM connectiong rods are checked, if the raisers are warn they are replaced and made to size, to fit the new big end bearing we make.
