That's nice work, I hope you kept the design files for future use.

Did you cast it and then machine or is it all billet? Have you thought about bead blasting it to remove the stress risers from the machining?

Have you also thought about making it out of titanium?

How did you remove the lower fork from the fork leg?

With a hex key in through the bottom once the axle is out of the way.

ZTL2 wouldn't have been enough braking power ; ).

I like this idea, the brakes will require almost no effort (hopefully you have good feel and don't like to grab them too often!) and pads will last a lifetime.
