hey fellas, ladys...i bought the extended warranty 5 years...now my bolt keeps losing BOLTS, like chin faring bolts, the bolts underneath the passinger seat, etc...just yesterday my freakin tail light bolts came loose and i lost one...i went to the dealership 2 day to complain and get another bolt, one guy said yea its covered under warranty, then he checked and said well it will be .39 cents...then he got busy and another guy helped me...endedup being 1.49 something for one stinkin bolt...wtf...i mean yea its chump change...but its not like its MY fault the bolt fell out...if anyone knows any info, i would be glad to hear it thanks for your time |

Loctite The medium blue kind worked for me after it happend returning from a canadian dealership. Just go thru an apply it to all the little bolts. (Message edited by stonecoldbuellin on August 15, 2004) |

I look over my bike about every 3 days or so just looking for bolts that are loose. Anytime I take something out I use blue loctite also. |

Owner's manual I believe suggests periodically checking fasteners for tightness. Blue loctite on a Buell is a necessity. |

LOL.. you have bolts falling out and I have bolts that I can't get out. Go figure that! |
