Fellow Buell bikers,

Check out these anodized heel guards for Buell XB. They come in several anodized colors that accent your rims / bodywork. (red, blue, amber, black, and natural) These heel guards have a new profile unlike the OEM and existing aftermarket designs. For more pictures / information visit www.SDcycles.com

I actually have two web site domains. Try the second one if the first one doesn't work. www.SDcycles.com and www.SoetengaDesign.com

some firewalls can get overwhelmed with an overload of broadcast packets that result from some cable networks. i had a client on comcast at one time who kept getting dropped by my firewall for this exact reason. the only solution for me was to upgrade my firewall to one that could handle more concurrent connections. there are some obscure references to this problem posted around the Internet. if need be, i could dig them up again.

biker_d, where do you host your site, and what firewall are you using? i'm willing to bet that you would see a ton of dropped packets from dj_rider's IP address within the log files. you may want to check them out.

dj_rider, what's your IP address? you can hit the following page if you don't know: http://www.beyondigital.com/ip

just trying to help...

by the way, i love the heal guards. how closely does the color actually match the color of the amber wheels?

if they're at least close, sign me up for one pair!

Just trying to get some feedback on these prototype heel guards that's all. They will not even be available till January. Notice my other posting asking for good aftermarket ideas. I figure the best ideas / feedback come from people that actually ride.

Not to knock what this guy is selling, cause they look dope, but little over priced. It would be cheaper to take off the stock ones and go get them anodized yourself. $120 for an anodized heel protector is a little much.
