the matte finish, non-colored area of the chin fairing? I seem to have some kind of road grime, almost oily lookin stuff that seems to stain it. Any suggestions?

Yea, it is a plastic cleaner/polish, that i use on all of the plastics on my bike... seems to do a really good job. You, can generally pick it up at most motorcycle shops and some auto parts stores.

Any Bug and Tar remover will work. Let it sit for a few minutes. If its real dirty it may take a few times.

I use regular polish on the rest of the 'plastic' but I use 409 or fantastic cleaner to clean that piece. It does get pretty grimy from the road debris...

I made a carbon fiber piece simply because I couldn't keep the gray chin faring clean. Also, it didn't match with the rest of the bike.
