SS/Uly swingarm, belt, rear shock, and an afternoon to swap it over.

im sorry what i meant was just the subframe part of things. ill keep my s swing arm but i want to change the subframe to an SS so theres alittle more room for the wife.

no one has any info on an S to SS tail swap. There has to be someone with some pics or info

Don't think you can without some major mods. Frames are different size.

Major is a relative term.
I don't know of anyone going in this direction, but it has gone the other.
The frame you're dealing with is a bit narrower, so you'll have to add something to fill the gap.
Going the other way, you have to stretch out the subframe a little to fit the frame.
It's doable, if you have some skill.

Bud Curtis at Hals did this swap from my Old STT tail to his '05 S when I built the Ulybolt.

You need to elongate some holes on the tail section to make it fit.

how did you get the seat to latch when the s frame doesnt have the slot for the ss seat piece on the front of the seat.
