I have an 09 XB12R. I also have a huge credit at amazon and would like to get them there if possible.

Lyndall Gold+ pads will give you a very linear delivery, starting off somewhat weak and getting to full power at full squeeze. Many people, myself included, prefer this for the street as it reduces the likelihood of over-braking in an emergency situation.

EBC HH pads tend to have a strong initial bite and linear delivery following. Feels very similar to the stock pads. Great pad for track days, but as mentioned earlier, I don't trust my right hand with them on the street.

American Sport Bike also carries Ferodo pads. I have no experience with them but if Al sells it, it's good.

Most of the people on here will recommend either of the first two based on your riding style.

Looks like Amazon sells both the EBC and Lyndalls.

Happy shopping!

I am currently running the Vesrah HH pads. On my bike, they have less initial bite than the stockers did. They are very linear, and need more lever pressure for max braking. They need a bit of warm up also. By the time the tires warm up, they are good to go.

Should be listed as 08+ or something like that.

I really like the Lyndall Golds for my Cyclone, worked great at the track and have been excellent on the street too. I'm starting to get pulsing in the front of my TT and will be getting those pads for it soon.

I've been pretty happy with the Lyndalls on the Uly in general, but they have a pretty soft bite and they do fade if you are pushing them hard in the mountains. Not to the point of being dangerous, just to the point of noting "these things faded".

DP Brakes 993HH... no questions asked.

Linear feel with lots of power and won't overheat. Just put a set on and love them, comparable power to the full blown race use only EBC Extreme Performance pads. Haven't tracked them yet but from what I have heard its the closest you can get to vesrah RJL pads (vesrah HH is a race pad and is not the way to go for street riding).

The DP's are also reasonably priced, especially for what they are.

Not sure how you guys find any of these pads too grabby for the street. Lyndall gold just felt week to me, and even with my R6 radial MC I have yet to find a pad that is too grabby.
