Now that HD has dropped Buell and parts will only be on the shelves a few more years, What's the biggest Buell/HD dealership where all the other dealerships get their parts from? and will they ship direct to the customer. The reason I'm asking is I hate all the dealerships in Az. and they don't give a rats ass about Buell riders. Buddy Stubbs HD is walking distance to my house and I can't even say the word "Buell" in the parts dept without getting escorted out. They Hate Buell and I'm not sure why. Scottsdale HD formally Hacienda HD dropped Buell and basically said "FU" guys. Chandler HD just plain sucks after they kicked my bike over and busted it up and held it hostage for 3 months. Just to fix a wiring glitch.
Arrowhead HD is the only place still in the game but are getting pretty fed up with us Buell guys bugging them for parts and knowing more than they do.I just wanna By pass all the crap and go straight to the source for parts. Any body know the best HD/Buell dealership that ships direct. I used to deal with HD Appleton WI. but not sure who to talk to anymore about Buells there without getting them pissed off at me.Have 3 XB's and a 1125cr and Need help in Arizona. Mark 602-568-1786

And at the same time, HD changed all their mail-order policies so Buell owners were hit with that as well.

You're better off stateside for that.

I just went through this.

American Sport Bike can get parts.

Buellster can but no idea what they're doing, no communication for months now.

Surdyke will ship stateside.

Latus.

I've had pretty good luck with Surdyke, although you pretty much need to know the part number to order anything from their website. From what I've seen Surdyke usually has better prices than Latus, but lots of parts come up "not found" where Latus will say they have it in stock.

my local dealer (in Iowa) does a pretty good job of sourcing parts, but one of the parts guys is a Buell enthusiast. I don't know if they ship parts at all though.

I use Surdyke also, they usually have very good prices (by that I mean the lowest I can find). Just be prepared to wait a bit before they ship.

I recently ordered parts from American Sport Bike and Surdyke at the same time, the American Sport Bike parts arrived yesterday, the Surdyke parts have shipped and arrive next Tuesday according to UPS. So I guess that's a about two business day difference shipped to Texas.

Some of the other dealers you may find that list the parts may list them as available and some may list in stock, this ofter means they can order it from HD and still get it.

I had a bad experience with Chicago Harley... waited over a month for my part. I don't think they actually ordered it until the third time I called them, which was long after I had paid for the part.

St. Paul Harley-Davidson in Minnesota is still a Buell dealership and still has some parts in stock. Just ask for Lance.

Suburban Harley in Thiensville, WI still does Buells and a good amount of their staff still rides them. I know there is an orange M2 that is pretty much always there. They don't give me any trouble when I need parts/help.

St. Paul Harley also was pretty nice to me when I brought my Firebolt in to have a safety inspection done.
