So for the last month or so I have had right turn signal issues. It would work before starting the bike. Not while riding most of the time. Start working again when I come to a stop. After replacing the left hand controls/turn signal switch, and flasher with no luck I dug deeper. Started playing with the wiring harness behind the headlight assy. Was able to make it work and then not. Great! Cut open the tape around the group of wires and found three brown wires soldered to one. The wire was broken inside of its insulation and not visible. Got lucky by tugging on each wire and noticed the brown insulation turn white as it stretched. Now after cutting and solder splicing another inch of wire to give more length I cut both zip ties attaching the harness where it mounts behind the fly screen at the top. Then zip tied the wire harness so that it would help prevent the harness from vibrating and chaffing elsewhere. And allow it to move when turning to the right and stretching the harness. So I hope this helps in preventing others from having similar issues.
