So I have a 2006 XB9Sx with a Jardine and am getting ready to do my first tuning. I am mechanically competent, however I'm NOT mega computer savvy. I have read the tuning guide PDF that is with ecmspy and it seems straight forward. So before I begin I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions, info, input...anything. Thanks.

one of the things that hosed me early on was not having the bike fully up to temps: I believe they had a minimum engine temp listed before you start the road test. Not following this will result in Spy not recording the trip, and you looking all over hell for the recorded file, when it never recorded.

Min engine temp is 130 deg before the log. However, with the new versions of MLV you set the min temp allowed. Therefore, this rule can be omitted now. All data in the min temp setting and below will be filtered.
