I received a 2005 Firebolt service manual (and parts catalog) with my new bike which I recently found out is actually a 2005 Lightning.
Question, other then the locations & images of some things, how much different is it really?
Such as suspension settings, torque specs, engine maintenance, etc.
Oh, yes, I'll trade with somebody if you'd like.
Thank you!

Normally the suspension is the same, but you have the SCG suspension, so follow directions regarding those. Engine is the same, torque values are the same. You are still running a Lightning wiring harness, which is basically just a mirrored version of the Firebolt harness which keeps the ECM and fuses up front instead of under seat. The pieces that make a Firebolt a Firebolt are purely cosmetic, so I recommend you pick up an 05 Lightning book to supplement. The maintenance stuff is the same for both.

Top tree is different. Thicker in the lighting. I have a Lightning workshop manual, and I blew my Firebolt top tree tightening to Lightning's torque specs.
