hello-
This may be a silly question...but can I place frame pucks on a 2005 frame? It seems to be the same as the newer frames but I just wanted to confirm! If so what is a good place to buy dems pucks?
Any Buellers in central/east Tennessee?
Thanks!
Brandon

Yes. Just must purchase for your model. It has a smaller frame than the Ulysses or the lightning long. American sport bike or dealer.

and NOT
http://www.americansportbike.com/shoponline/ccp0-p rodshow/17125.html (which only fit the Uly and Lightning long models, but some 1125 folks put them on for additional crash protection, even though they aren't a perfect fit on the 1125 frame.

Many thanks! I think this type of item is worth its weight in gold to prevent a small incident from ruining your nice pretty frame! I have a bad habit of asking silly questions haha

Absolutely.

The frame protectors get scuffed up a bit if the bike goes over at low speed, but they keep the frame quite protected.

They're well worth the money!

Oh damn!! Just looking at that pic is making me sad and want to order more .... but I am hoping all the damage can be fixed and you are on the road again soon. A guy riding a Ninja in my town was broadsided by a deer recently and had to be flown to a bigger hospital than our local one :-(

Practicing a week ago Monday. Low-side. Bike is nearly rideable (and if it HAD to be raced, could have been put back on the track after cleanup and a new right steering tube (not really "clip-on")

It's a 2003 chassis.
