just thought I'd share how well this worked:
I got the fatbar risers from dieselmoto, http://www.diesel-moto.com/newproducts/xb/fatbaradapter.html
and the 2010 1125CR "high" handlebar and everything, including the heated grips, bolted right up with no modification.

Looks great, thanks for posting.

How's the comfort and position compared to your stock bars?

i like mine

they look beefy and they match the chunkiness of the bar. looks almost factory except for the RAM mount holes.

I did the same thing (as Chessm) to my 12S.

A MUCH nicer feel.

Chessm, to fill in the ram holes(until i use them) i used 3/8-16x 1/2 stainless set screws. i think think they look good plus they keep debris from getting in the holes.

(sorry 'bout jacking your thread Bern.)

i got mine at ace hardware. but i'm sure lowes/home depot has them. 1/2in. in length fits perfectly, they snug down just to the right height.

Littlebuggles,

The bars seem to be just about identical to the stock position, which I liked just fine, but a tad wider, so it is really just a beefier look.
the ASV levers came with the bike when I bought it used, the master cylinder is a Nissin from a Triumph Thunderbird Sport - I just thought the round reservoir looked better than the rectangular one.
