I'm getting really annoyed by the amount of time the fan's running & I've been told the cure is variously to fit a rh airscoop, or a "Rider Comfort Kit".

Now I've seen the kits advertised around & about but only for Ulys will it fit my 07 STT?

Or is it just a scoop that I need.

Your thoughts will be appreciated.

It was sold on the Uly's only but it fits any XB. The comfort kit is kind of useless. Scoop is all you need

The kit is a large right scoop, smaller inner scoop, header shield, and an airflow duct that goes over the rear shock. The kit is intended for Ulys, but the entire thing except for the shock cover will bolt right on. The shock cover will fit on the SS/STT with some effort and a lot of heat.

Just the scoop worked for me on my 12R. Cut down the amount the fan comes on hugely.

I have to take the larger scoop off my STT for most of the year, I was having a hard time getting my bike up to temp on cold mornings. I only want it during the summer.

I've also added the exhaust heat shield and the little covers for the tail section, seems to discourage hot air drafting out to the bottom of my thigh.

Ta for all that, I'll just stick a scoop on it & see what happens I reckon.
