Your best bet would be to get a stock ecm and burn the race maps to it.

Both can be programmed to control the motor identically to achieve the same street/track results. One proprietary programming (race ECU with Kimball/EBR) or open source and dealer friendly stock ECUs with TunerPro/ECMSpy/dealer software.
