Buell has a terrible fiscal 2005 and decides not to build motorcycles anymore...just mountain bikes!

Hmmm....My Crystal Ball says that for 2006 and possibly 2007 more bling bling to build profits and offset the extreme costs of developing a new line of engines that will appear on beginning with the 2008 models.

Winning Races and EPA have got to be on their minds and from what you all have said, there isn't much more they can do with the existing engines.

I vote for a XB5SB!!!

A XB9SX chassis, with a FI blast engine.

Why???

I want my son to have a cool Buell to ride when he is in college, without worrying as much about a teenager that means the world to me, with little experience, little adult supervision, having a sport bike with too much HP.

Plan "A" is in place... I have a Blast for him... but a XB5SB would be way cool in both our views!!

...and an XC12ST for me

X = XB style chassis with a longer wheel base and a 5-6 gallon fuel capacity

C = sequential after B of course!

12 = 1200cc

S = current S model bars and seat/peg configuration

T = touring model with hard bags etc!

hmm, I probably have 12k at least into it so far... I bet I could get 4k, hmm, probably wouldn't even pay the rest of the loan off.
I guess I can just buy the glitter body pieces.

judging by this years model, I think the 06 will come with a built in vase like vw's so you can carry flowers that your SO got for you around.
