thats their clothes store, its at the main store.
it was still there as of about 3 weeks ago. doesn't look like they did anymore work to it either.
spencer is the buell sales guy down there.

why would you do that to an XB? Why take a good handling bike and make it handle like a chopper?

If you want a drag bike there are better choices.

Uhm...cause its not that difficult to change the swingarm out if you have a chain conversion or the proper belt for both lengths...?

It looks like it still has the stock rear pulley on it. Where do you find different sized belts that fit the stock XB12 pulley? Not to mention, if you change the length of the swingarm you'll need to change the position of the idler pulley to maintain proper belt tension.

Now your starting to get close to where I'm doing a tonne of reseearch at the moment. There has to be an alternative supplier of belts rather then the dealership since they don't want to carry spares. BTW that swingarm looks crap.

they said they are doing a chain conversion to it. dont know why they haven't done anything to it in 6 months

looking for some options for drag racing,
it's got to have a chain anyway for gearing and lower friction in the end drive
