Donnie,
I'm beginning to find your contributions derogatory to the integrity and demeanor of the board. Need I say more?

Calling someone "dumb" because they are ignorant of Buell motorcycles would indict the majority of people in this country. If the way to describe the encounter is honest, and I have my doubts, a correct description of the officer's behavior might be "arrogant". You know, I've never had a bad encounter with a law enforcement officer. Had my fair share of speeding tickets, but never have I been treated inappropriately.

Please honor the policy of this discussion board. I don't want to have to terminate you.

I took you at your word. I sent the e-mail you sent me to NY Attorney General Spitzer. I got a reply by certified mail that the information has been registered with NYS and the Feds.

If I seem antsy, I am. The last time I was threatened I ended up being shot 3 times, in hiding for 2 months and in court for a year.

I take threats seriously.

Yeah...Especially if he gets the roof yanked off the Atrium at the State Capitol so he and his buds can smoke their cigars out there.

Saw that on the news while on vacation and have not seen a follow up since I returned. How is he doing with that endeavor? I personally think it is both ironic and really great for personal freedoms.

Having went to college in GF, ND, I can tell you the police force is substandard. Between myself and two siblings, we have had more stuff stolen, cars hit and ran, while driving on one of the busiest rodes in town at 3:00 P.M. and the such, to say that the cops are completely incompetent. Highest larceny and violent crime rate in the state, its a fact.

What else is a fact, is that there are way too many rednecks that drag down a otherwise great college experience into what people would describe as the armpit of the nation, good old Grand Forks.

I just need to vent that! deep breath!
