Can somebody please explain the differences between the Jardine RT1 and the GP1 as far as performance goes? Is there anybody who has experienced both? I would probably purchase the titanium version. This would be going on an 09 XB12R and with a K&N and the race ECM from Erik Buell Racing.

I'd get people's takes on DURABILITY. Jardine had some real problems with fatigue-cracking.

Well I changed my mind. I won't be buying the Jardine after reading more about it. I'm down to the Drummer or Spec Ops

Spec ops is a little quieter.

In the exhaust shootout that American Sporty Bike did, both Drummer and Spec Ops hit a max of 123 db.

Drummer is $425 shipped, Spec Ops is $275 plus shipping. I'd go Spec Ops...I think it sounds better, and it's cheaper!

Here are the sound clips from that test:

One thing I like about spec ops is that it still uses the valve on the 12. That makes me wonder though which race ECM to buy. The one for the stock muffler or just the pretuned one that doesn't state a specific exhaust?

Why wouldn't you just use the one made for the Spec Ops exhaust?
