I was supposed to buy an 07 STT at Marina del Ray Harley, but backed out of the deal. Just found an 08 Xbss at Dillon Harley and bought it instead, it has the pretty red wheels on it.......... Got the following mods in mind, 2" drop pegs from Knight Designs, 1" risers and the drummer from American sportbike. Whats the best tuner to buy? the Erik Buell Racing tuner set up for the drummer? Is there a recommended airbox mod?  | ||

SWEEEEET Bike! Drummer??? You're LOOKING at it (second one down from the top in the Erik Buell Racing link) http://www.EBRacing.com/shop/page11.html At least you're going about it the right way, looking for a tune that already exists, not re-inventing the wheel... and you should also do the race intake. If you were messing with cams, valves, compression ratios - then you'd need to make an investment (time and money) but you're looking at "plug and play" The 08 is going to give you the better oiling, beefier bottom end...
