Just ordered a set or M1 sport techs, should be here by thurs. Id like to have them on by fri night. How hard/much time does it take to remove both wheels.

snot too bad less than an hour with the manual
any decent tire shop can probly get em off too
i took my to a half retarded philipino n he managed to get em off mounted n balaced within an hour n half

I took my own off. There are many ways to hoist the bike but I used the two ratchet straps method. I only recommend this method if you have a couple friends to help or have good upper body strength. You will need to lift both ends of the bike a couple times to even out the stress on the ratchet straps unless you use the hooks at the end of each strap on the bike and run the strap through a pulley (the way I'll do it next time).

It's not so bad going up. Coming down is more difficult : ). Very doable though : ).

Also, remember that the front axle is threaded "backwards" (Lefthanded?).

I found it easier to remove the front wheel from the left of the bike. Whichever side you choose, I recommend tape on the caliper side of the spokes on the front.

I tend to raise the rear of the bike only a few mm from the ground and remove the entire axle. This seems to help with removing the belt.

Do NOT twist or kink the belt in any way.

Just make sure whoever does it doesn't ruin your belt. Follow the manual to the T.
