I'm surprised nobody has answered. I recall 1 person doing a write-up on them, and they like them a lot. Brings the bars up and back just enough to take some of the tension holding your core up away. I don't think you will have to switch any cables either. There are a few posts on BuellXB forum about them.
I myself am putting handlebars on my 12R. It IS my primary mode of transportation in the 3 riding seasons we have here in WI. Those were my second option. I opted to go the hard way (drilled and cut top triple, new bars, new cables, $$$).

Got to get some for my Firebolt. Is the lightning clutch cable necessary?

I had lightning bars on my 'bolt for a while and the clutch cable was fine-just a simple re-route. I had to put a lightning brake line on it though, but these bars may not even need that.
