Can't seem to figure out how to do this. Even with full slack in adjustment and cable removed from lever there isn't enough slack to turn the coupling 180 degrees (only way I can see to remove it).

From Service Manual:
Turn adjusting screw clockwise to release ramp assembly and coupling. As the adjusting screw is turned, ramp assembly moves forward. Unscrew nut from end of adjusting screw.
Then:
Remove hook of ramp from cable end coupling. Remove cable end from slot in coupling.

I got it thanks to a call with Al. I have manual. There was more info than manual.
