Me too.........LAAAAAMMMEE! We have the doors open and it is just beautiful out. Good reason for my (mild) suffering this morning. I had 30 miles in before the sun even hit the horizon. I may just take off a little early!

I draw the line at 45'. I could go lower if I had heated grips, but I the way my battery behaves, I'm already close to capacity with the two 55w fog lights.

If I ever get that Vision 8 Ball I have my eye on, I'll be sure to get the grips.

Well, my riding season is about to come to an end. Not that it's too cold. The parts to mod the bike are going to be here soon, and these things need to be done! It sux, all of my winter mods are going to be done in the beginning of winter. All I will be able to do is stare at it................

I just bought a set of heated gloves. I don't know why I didn't buy them years ago.

I rode to work the other day, 36 degrees and no problem.

yesterday I rode from Lake Charles LA to Killeen TX in between 40 something and 20 something degree weather and I kept my hands warm with a pair of $20 ski mittens I bought from Target and some $1.50 hand warmers.

Snow covered roads here, would need something like a dual sport with knobbies and maybe screws in the knobs for traction. Sometime in the future I'm going to do that just to be a wise ass.

I totally agree Greg. What a riot that would be. With the right hub set-up, a wheel change can be accomplished in about 15min.

The track would be interesting but I doubt street legal so I would never try it. However studded tires are allowed from November to March here so the screws could be considered legal.

24 inches of snow possible here in SE Wisconsin! A snowmobile would be great right now!
