Drummer has better dyno graphs against D & D but haven't seen a dyno against the Latus. I just ordered a Drummer, hope they are all they are made out to be. Gaz |

Hogs - Gaz did you a favor. Did you seriously have a Drummer before? The Latus can is a modified car muffler, not sure they know what they are doing with it. |

Chill Hogs! no need to bash everyone that MENTIONS something other than the two options that are apparently so precious to you. They aren't advertising, they're simply looking out for YOUR best interests and mentioning another exhaust option that has fared well for them. A polite, thanks but no thanks I'm interested in these two other options would be plenty. |

Well, as I see it, the Drummer is less money and a better overall power producer than the D&D. It looks lighter too. Also, the D&D's seem to rust, based on my research. Given that I would say he did you a favor, but it is you money. What do you mean by "been there done that" with the Drummer? Latus is not really a pro-Buell HD shop. They have had a good sales man there in the past and they used to race an S1, but they didn't have any new Buells or any merchandise last time I was there. They stopped racing the S1 and went to Ducati, although they are HD dealer, because "Buells are crap and not even worth racing" - according to a parts guy of theirs. I have read that the Latus can does not require the race module to opperate right, and I wonder how it can make more power without more fuel. Makes me wonder if they did their homework or if they just put an inlet and some outlets on a car muffler. |

Makes me wonder if they did their homework or if they just put an inlet and some outlets on a car muffler. Vain I may be, but I wasn't real impressed with the sound either, real close to the Buell Rust Race Kit. Just my two. Yeah, and Hogs, chill, you may have started the thread, but you don't run it, relax, we're all here to help... |

The stock ECM will "learn" any pipe you put on. The Race ECM isn't worried about the EPA and has a "richer" map. |

Hogs... Sorry you're having such a hard time with this quest of yours. I have nothing to offer as far as locating a Canadian distributor for the pipe... But if you don't get it soon, you may pop! It might be worth the extra $$$ to just get it so you don't blow a brain tube. |
