Looks like great work. One concern I would have is that the front of the chin spoiler looks like it's not supported. This is how they do it with the Jardine set up. My chin spoiler eventually failed after ~25K. I think the fact that the engine isolators allows movement that will shake the front to the chin spoiler up and down eventually stresses the plastic.

Just curious why you want to make a set of headers at this point? Are you looking to tune it differently, or just looking to have an original that you can take pride in?

A+ on craftsmanship! Obviously you have great mechanical aptitude & ability. In my honest opinion I'd run it w/o the chin fairing. That piece needs to be SEEN! Plus, it gives the bike a more mechanical look. Nice Work!

i'm planning on doing some headers just for the hell of it, its my job so i like doing that kinda thing, if i was into electronics i'd probably mess with that side of things, i just can't help myself

Maybe a stupid question, but I've never looked inside a muffler before. What goes inside this can? Just open space or is there "plumbing" and stuffing?

its straight thru perf with a removable baffle, the perf is wrapped in stainless wire wool then e-glass packing which doesn't blow out like fibreglass and other sorts
