Check the plugs, then compression. We need a little better description than that, so the more info, the better. Make sure you're throttle body is clean also. Basic stuff might iron it out. More info please.

Ok I will get some more info. let me ask you this Dhays1775 how easy should it be to get the front end up off the ground in first gear? The reason I ask is because i cant get my xb to lift in first gear.

my bike is different than yours. your profile says that your bike is bone stock. i have an open airbox, n&n filter, drummer muffler, rerouted oil recirculation lines, and the ecm reflashed to race with a couple changes thrown in there that i've done myself. all this with a proper reset of the throttle position sensor and my bike started running like a raped ape once i figured out how the ecm responds to my inputs. as far as just a straight power wheelie, feathering the throttle to launch hard, WOT at 4000 my front tire starts skipping. scoot back it the seat with a slight pull on the bars and by 4500, the tire's coming up. before i had the bugs ironed out, the only way i could get the front up was to do a clutch wheelie.

Bring it up to 4000rpm fairly rapidly, cut the throttle, then crack it wide open.
If that don't get your front wheel off the ground quite rapidly, you're doing it wrong.
Or your bike's broke...

Pull your air box lid off and make sure your exhaust actuator is functioning. It should cycle when you turn the key on. Mine I just noticed today is malfunctioning and it appears the valve in the muffler is stuck wide open. This will cause a loss of torque. I can still pull off wheelys, but it does feel down on power. This is the 2nd time the actuator/valve has malfunctioned on my 08 12R.
